Ruth is a registered Pilates Teacher with the Polestar Pilates organisation and has completed many courses with this group. She holds the post-rehab qualification from Polestar. She has been teaching Pilates for over six years. Ruth trained at the Royal Academy of Dancing and gained a teaching degree in the Art and teaching of Ballet.
